Want a quick and easy take out dinner? Try your local chinese! I get chicken and broccoli with sauce on the side! Some places also offer brown rice, just make sure you don't overdo it on the portions though. I like to add a little of the sauce for flavor!

Yummy cheat meal! **This contains cheese!*** This is not lactose free. Double mini burgers wrapped in lettuce

with high fructose corn syrup free ketchup, pepperhouse gourmaise and smoked gruyere cheese. I also

have a mashed potato skin on with gruyere cheese!

Chicken, baby potato, and brown rice soup!

This is the recipe for my first ever homemade soup! It is GLUTEN WHEAT AND MILK FREE!! If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this soup a bit more flavorful let me know! I thought maybe about adding some onions and diced garlic...

- 1.5 lbs of peeled baby yellow potatoes cut in half
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1lb diced cooked chicken breast
- 1quart all natural chicken broth ( gluten, wheat, milk free)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbl spoon smart balance spray

I just combine all these in a big pot and heat it up till it reduces and becomes a thick soup/stew. It took about 15 mins!

That's it! Very simple and yummy! I had to search the grocery store for chicken broth that was gluten, wheat, and milk free!!! Enjoy!!!!

Pepper steak!

For my peppersteak I chop up green peppers, onions, and cook them first in balsamic vinager, liquid aminos, garlic powder, salt and crushed peppercorns. 10 mins later add 1lbs lean steak sliced thinly. Finish cooking and enjoy! Yum! This makes 2 servings and I serve over hot brown rice!

-1lb lean steak sliced thin

-1/2 large green pepper sliced into strips

-1/4 large onion chopped

-1 tsp garlic powder

-1 tsp onion powder

-1 tsp crushed black peppercorns

-1 tsp liquid aminos

-1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

-1 tbl spoon veggie oil

Slow cooker Taco Chicken & Bean Chili

This is a super quick and easy lunch/dinner idea! I wanted the taste of tacos from the box that I had grown up with soo bad! So I used Ortega taco seasoning, and Ortega mild Taco sauce to give it that yummy taste! Luckily both were wheat, gluten, and dairy free!

-1 package of chicken tenderloins (1.5 lbs)

-1 can organic dark kidney beans

-1 package Ortega taco seasoning

- 1/2 cup water

Throw all in the slow cooker on high and cook for 2 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shreds with fork.

You can enjoy this on soft corn or brown rice tortillas, with lettuce, tomato, and Ortega taco sauce!

OR

Place brown rice tortillas on un-greased cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins or until crunchy. Break into chips and use to scoop up chicken & bean chili! Yum!
